Laser Diamond Machining
Internal profiles and radii are pre-cut by laser to achieve the required geometry.
High-Vacuum Diamond Brazing
Diamonds can only be brazed in a high-vacuum furnace. We perform this specialized process using our state-of-the-art high-tech equipment.
Mirror-Polished Cutting Edges
Our custom-built grinding machines are designed for exceptionally smooth operation, enabling us to produce ultra-fine cutting edges that are completely free of chipping.
Profiles and Radii with Tight Tolerances
Our specially developed precision grinding machines enable us to consistently maintain the tightest dimensional tolerances.
Diamond Setting
The diamonds used in our cutting tools are pressed into a bed of silver brazing alloy and secured with a clamping fixture. Only a precisely machined seat, matched exactly to the dimensions of the diamond, together with a flawless impression of the diamond in the brazing alloy, ensures vibration-free tool performance.
