5 Days - 5 Steps PCD Milling Tools in 5 AT
This process enables the production of PCD milling tools with diameters ranging from Ø3 to 20 mm in just 1–2 weeks. We not only offer fast delivery times and the highest quality, but also the option to customize the tools according to individual specifications. Customers can flexibly adjust aspects such as tool length, corner radius, and chamfer online, as well as select the internal cooling (IKZ) option, and easily request and order the tools.

Turning Tools for Precision Applications
We manufacture high-precision turning tools specifically designed for machining contact lenses and intraocular lenses, as well as for use in tool manufacturing. The tools are based on ISO plates or carbide (HM) blanks and offer the highest level of accuracy. We produce corner radii according to customer specifications, ranging from 5 µm to 100 mm, with a radius waviness of less than 50 nm. Of particular note is the cutting edge quality, which is tested up to 1,000 times to ensure it is free of chipping.

Special Applications
Our profile tools are used in the manufacture of contacts, writing instruments, and watches. We are capable of producing even the most demanding and complex profiles with the highest precision. The ground and polished transitions ensure optimal surface quality. These tools can be used in the plunge-cutting process and are also compatible with conventional machines.
Micro-milling process for optical surfaces
We offer high-precision milling tools starting at a diameter of Ø0.1 mm, available as both ball end mills and in a toric design. We also manufacture diamond styluses starting at a diameter of Ø0.05 mm, which can be adjusted to various angles. These tools can be used to create optical surfaces that are particularly useful in tool manufacturing for applications in lighting technology.
