DiaTec GmbH in Pforzheim, part of the Meyco Diamond Tools Group, was founded in September 2008. With a team of trained specialists, two new production facilities were established in Pforzheim and Idar-Oberstein for the manufacture of diamond, PCD, CBN, CVD, and carbide tools. State-of-the-art technologies in the fields of EDM, laser, measurement, and grinding now enable the production of high-quality cutting tools.
Development of Custom Tools
Most diamond tools are manufactured according to customer specifications based on technical drawings. If the customer does not have a drawing, we are happy to create a corresponding manufacturing drawing free of charge based on a sketch. We use the CAD software SolidWorks for this purpose. With this software, we can present the tools in 3D animation.

If no drawing is available, we will be pleased to prepare a manufacturing drawing free of charge based on your sketch. We use SolidWorks CAD software, allowing us to create detailed 3D models and animations of the tools before production.
